The customers are required to provide the details of shipping address and the identity of the person who will be receiving the order (in case different from the registered user). At the time of delivery the receiver has to provide a valid ID proof (preferably the one issued by the Government) and should match with the details provided at the time of purchase. Following are the ID cards that can be shown to our delivery agent at the time of receipt of the item:
• Ration Card – on the name of our registered member
• Driving License
• Voter ID Card
• PAN Card
The purchased item will be delivered only when the courier / delivery agent confirms that the disclosed identity matches with the shown ID proofs and details provided at the time of purchase. In case the registered user wants to change the name of the person who will take the delivery, he / she is requested to do the same at the time of placing the order. Once the order is placed, the changes in delivery details cannot be made. In case the provided details are incorrect, it may lead to the contents. Getting un-delivered.
The customers are requested to not accept the delivery in case the packaging looks damaged or tempered. You are also requested to open the package and confirm the content before signing the delivery receipt.
In the event the recipient is not available to take the delivery of the ordered content, the courier company will make three attempts. In case of the third failure attempts the item will be returned to the company. The re-shipping and handling cost will be borne by the customer. The guarantee of delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company.
